Mexican native bringing authentic flavors to  the beautiful Island of Kauai. The love for Mexican gastronomy and the 20 plus years of restaurant experience have helped me finally take the next step in becoming a food truck owner. I enjoy being able to now offer my personal touch  to family recipes with the perfect mix of flavors in our food truck.
